Weird delay in my order

I ordered a pink STU and it was scheduled to arrive today based on the tracking number provided by FedEx. I gave FedEx a call and they told me the package was never picked up by them and could still be with ILF. One their tracking page, it shows Package data transmitted to FedEx but no further...
